4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with the required information as outlined in the DMCA.
5. Repeat Infringers
TV For Canada will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances.
6. Service Nature
TV For Canada is a technology service that facilitates access to content streams. We do not host or store any copyrighted content on our servers. We act in good faith to respond to valid takedown requests promptly.
